                                          PASTORS CORNER

Dear TTHM,

We were once again blessed to have Church in the Park and a soul was gained for the Kingdom.  If we do what God requires of us, he does the drawing.   The assignment is to go outside the walls and when we do that God allows us to impact those that are not coming inside.  As God works in their hearts they will come into the walls to be built up.  It is inside the walls that we should come expecting God to show up in our lives and allow us to be developed into our assignment that he has purposed for us.  Living in our God purpose not only brings blessings to us, but it blesses those that He will send across our path.

                                         Thought of the Week

When the Lord is guiding, you don’t need to worry

11 "The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought,
And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden,
And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail."  (Isaiah 58:11 NKJV)

                                          PASTORS CORNER

Dear TTHM,

This week during some reading it was a privilege to run across Dr. Michael Chitwood’s Power Thought: Dreamers are people who can see beyond where they are. They don't focus on Difficulties...They focus on their Destiny! Dreamers don't allow doubt to even enter their thought process because they are Natural Born Winners!  Reject the Doubt...Embrace your Dream and Walk It Out!  Remember doubting will keep you from arriving to your destiny

                                          THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

Don’t Doubt, Believe it is Done!     "For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."  (Mark 11:23 KJV)

                                             PASTORS CORNER

Dear TTHM,

It is the 8th month of the year 2017.  Surely the year is moving swiftly, however what is important is that this is the 8th month.  Eight represents a new beginning and surely God is up to something.  We need to embrace the new things that God is doing in our lives.  Sometimes we are looking for something really great to happen when in reality God can and does make changes in our lives that may be small but they are for our good.  The little changes are for our good as well.  Small things such as:

Getting up a little earlier to spend more time with him; Beginning a healthy eating or exercise regime; Taking time to volunteer in a local establish – showing the love of Christ.  These are small things that become big to God.  Let us look forward this month to God doing new things through us.

God is doing something New!!!

 18) "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19) See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.(Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV)

Dear TTHM,

This past week some of us had the privilege of participating with “The Evening of Respect” by Manteca Interfaith Community Alliance.  Those that attended will confirm that it was a very informative meeting.  We were blessed to participate and share with other in the Faith community.  The primary focus is not to be hindered by our differences but to work together on that which we all have in common.  Love for our fellow mankind is the premise that we can all stand on and we work together with the school district.  Once again we are shown that it does not take a massive congregation to make a difference as we noted there are seven faith communities represented and they raised enough funds to assist the school district with families in need last year.  We are blessed to participate this year.

Dear TTHM,

How do we begin to say “Thank You”?  It does not seem like it is adequate – the 10 year celebration was absolutely wonderful.  From the laughter on Friday night, banquet on Saturday with the understanding that it is now “Our Turn” and finally on Sunday knowing that God is requiring us to go to the next level.  The team worked so well together and everyone that stepped in and kept their commitment or stepped in where needed is included in making the weekend a success.  All of our guest were pleasantly surprised!!!  Many messages were received – letting us know what a wonderful time they had.  We are excited about what God is doing in each of your lives, and watching you grow into your Purpose.Thank  youfor being a part of TTHM within the first 10 year .and allowing us to Pastor you.

Let God will complete the work He began in you.  "being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;." (Philippians 1:6NKJV)

Dear TTHM,

Today we honor Father’s.  For all the men of God that are blessed to be Father’s and that are taking their role seriously – we honor you.  God gave you a heavy responsibility and it is up you to walk it out.  Father’s provide for, lead, offer guidance, and leave a legacy.  Our heavenly Father set the example and while He is perfect, no earthly Father can be, but he can strive to please God in the role that you have been granted.  There are times that one may not get it right, but be grateful that God keeps giving opportunities to get it right.  If you have made mistakes, share them with other young men to help make their walk a little easier.  Proverbs 20:7 tells us that as a man walks in integrity his children will be blessed.   Happy Father’s Day!!! Most importantly everyday is Father’s Day to our Heavenly Father.

We are a ministry devoted to the building of the Kingdom of God.  We strive to see individuals transformed through God’s Word.  We desire that all grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ so that we are not just saved but we live victorious lives through the power of the Holy Spirit.  Our prayer is for you to live a life that is pleasing to God.  To live a life that allows others to desire to know the Lord and Savior and that is demonstrated in your daily Christian walk.

Dear TTHM,

We are blessed to have just come out of the Prayer Summit/Workshop.  We have anticipated the move of God and Him strengthening us and leading us into a higher place in Him.  Our prayer life is extremely important if we are to be more like Jesus, if we are to be victorious in our walk, and if we are to defeat the enemy in his attacks.  God has called us to be people of prayer.  It is through our prayers that we shall call  the move of God into the earth realm.  There was a song years ago that said, “If we ever needed the Lord, sure do need Him, now right now”.   That is true for us today.  We would like to give out a special thank you to Apostle Rita Udell & Pastor Georgia Williams for the Prayer Summit/Workshop.

THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

God Is The One I Shall Consult

19 When someone tells you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living? 20 Consult God’s instruction and the testimony of warning. If anyone does not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn. (Isaiah 8:29-20 NIV)

Dear TTHM,

Thank you so much for the gifts that were bestowed upon us as we celebrated our 41st anniversary.  We did celebrate and know that it is because of God that we have made it.

We are in the midst of Black History month and how many of us are aware that a new movie came out called “I am not your Negro”.  This is a very interesting documentary and worth seeing to understand more of our history and current day struggle.

Please keep in mind that we Kingdom citizens are not putting our trust in political parties or those who think that are in power, but we are totally trusting God.

THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

God Can Cause A Shift In Your Position!!!

"Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish."(Esther 4:16  NIV)

                                                                                 PASTOR'S CORNER

Dear TTHM,

Tomorrow the nation will celebrate the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King.  Let us never forget that God chose him to lead us into another era.  Dr. King dreamed of a day that we would be free, that all nationalities would be treated equal and because of that dream, he had to become the sacrifice.  Some of us were children on that awful day in April and can remember it so clearly.  Many wouldn’t understand until late “why”.  It is our responsibility even more now to remind the current and future generations that were not always equal, we could not always live where we wanted to; we could not always worship together.  If we forget, history can repeat itself.

Happy Dr. MLK Day – it is not just another day off !!!!

                                                                                THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

I Believe that people perish without a dream!!!!

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. (Proverbs 29:18KJV)

If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed.(Prov 29:18 MSG)

01 January 2017

Dear TTHM,

We have entered into 2017.  This year will prove to be an amazing year in many ways.  As we have left 2016 behind us – we must leave the good and the bad behind.  Don’t look back with regrets but look forward with hope that God will allow us more opportunities to draw closer to him and succeed at the purpose he has for us.  Many of us saw many leave the earth realm in 2016 and we don’t know what 2017 holds but the good news is the same God that bought us through in 2016 will see us through 2017.  If you haven’t done so already – pray and ask God what He desires of you in this year then put your plans down and watch them come to pass.  The theme this year is “I Believe” – it is what we believe that will make the difference in all our situations.  This is the year that others are watching to know what “You/I Believe”!!!!

                                  THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

What will your faith allow?

28. And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him.  And Jesus said to them, "Do you believ that I am able to do this?"

They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."

29.  Then He touched their eyes, saying "According to your faith let it be to you." (Matthew 9:28-29 NKJ)
