WAYNE D. JACKSON

 was born in Jefferson, TX to Robert & Solona Jackson. At the age of three the family relocated to San Francisco.

In the years that followed he received his formal education through the San Francisco Unified School District. He graduated from Santa Rosa J.C with a concentration in Administration of Justice and continued his education at San Jose Bible College.

FAMILY

The love of his youth is Cynthia Renee Jackson. They married on Valentine's Day 1976. They have two son's, Andre & Anthone.

MINISTRY

• Wayne accepted Christ as his Savior as a youth

• Choir member and Usher

• Joined Emmanuel Baptist Church on Father's Day in 1991.

• Male chorus, He joined the male chorus and served as a committed member and eventually president. During his tenure as president the male chorus took their first out of state tour to the Southern States - Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia.

• Sunday school teacher in the youth department

• Served as church trustee

• Active in men's ministry

• Served as director of Single's Ministry Fremont/Family Bible Fellowship

• Directed single's in their living a fulfilled life in Christ

• Counsels men in living their lives as called by God

• Has led various bible study series

• Implemented Sunday Night Live for Single's Ministry

• Taught lessons in the children's ministry

• Taught Couple's Classes (Experiencing God for Couples)

• Taught Youth (Teens) Classes

CALLED

He accepted his call to ministry under the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Willie T. Gaines, Jr in May 1994. 1999 Completed his mentoring program for San Jose Bible College with Pastor Willie Harper. Served as interim pastor for Christian Tabernacle from Oct. 1999 to Oct. 2000. Oct. 2000 called to Fremont Bible Fellowship to serve as director of the Singles Ministry along with his wife. Served as faithful armor-bearer to Pastor Horacio Jones. June 2007 Transformed Through Hope Ministries was launched with he and his wife as pastors
